Shipping

Most orders ship within 2 business days from our warehouse in Portland, OR. (We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays). Orders place on holidays or weekend will be processed the next business day. We will notify you via email if an item is out of stock. Items cannot be placed on backorder. Shipping times depend on your location. Approximate shipping times range from 3-7 business days, and can be estimated via UPS.com and/or USPS.com, depending on your location.

Your order will ship via UPS Ground unless you select an alternative. Shipping charges will be added to your total at time of checkout. We ship using UPS for the contiguous 48 states. For all other locations, including P.O. Boxes within the contiguous 48 states, we ship via USPS.

Standard shipping:
For orders under $50: $5.00
For orders $50-$100: $7.50
For order $100 or more: FREE Standard Shipping!

Expedited Shipping:
For orders under $50: 3-day: $12.50; 2-day: $18.50
For orders $50-$100: 3-day: $15.00; 2-day: $21.00
For orders $100 or more: 3-day: $17.50; 2-day: $23.50

Please note that International expedited shipping is not available at this time.

The cut-off time for expedited shipping is Monday-Friday, 10 am Pacific Time. For orders received after 10 am or on a holiday or weekend, expedited shipping time frames will begin on the next business day.
