Returns
Our goal at Picaflor Kids is complete customer satisfaction.
If you’re not happy with your purchase for any reason, feel free to return unused items, (in their original condition,) within 30 days of the date of purchase for a full refund. Please include your sales receipt with your return.
If any item arrives damaged, is defective, or there has been an error in your order, we will be happy to replace the item and ship it back to you at no cost, or refund the price of purchase. Please include your sales receipt with your return.
Once we receive your return package, we’ll process any credits or refunds within 10 business days. Please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear. You will be notified by e-mail once your return has been processed. Picaflor can only accept returns from products purchased through picaflorkids.com.
For a prepaid shipping return label, please send an email to julie@picaflorkids.com with “Return” as the subject line. You will be emailed a UPS shipping label, which you can print, place on your box and drop off at any UPS store or give to any UPS driver.
If you would like to send your return via an alternate method, feel free to do so. However, Picaflor can only cover shipping costs for returns shipped via the method described above. To ensure your package arrives safely, please send your return by one of these traceable methods: UPS, Fed Ex, DHL or Insured Parcel Post.
